Boy About Town
Tony Dennis aka Tape Deck Art is a British contemporary artist with a passion for music and design, who paints and creates giant 3D pin badges.
Boy About Town was created to coincide with the launch of ‘This is the Modern World’ – a Brighton exhibition showcasing the biggest collection of Paul Weller memorabilia ever compiled.
To create the piece, Tape Deck printed the artwork onto vinyl, and then wrapped it onto hand-spun aluminium badges. Each badge is hand-finished and powder-coated with epoxy resin, and then polished.
The artwork is from a limited edition of five, signed and numbered by the artist.
Size (cm): 59.5 x 108.5
