The animal is surrounded by nods to symbols created in the 16th Century by Japanese rice traders to help them understand the fluctuations in the market. These symbols are still used by city traders today, and include terms like Abandoned Baby, Hanging Man and Three Black Crows.
From a limited edition of 68, the piece is signed and numbered by the artist.
