'Barbara (or Babe, as her family called her) sighed with contentment as she settled down on a fallen tree trunk. Babe lived in a tiny maisonette with her Mum, five siblings, one dog, two cats and a gerbil, and life could be a little chaotic at times, so her favourite thing was to sneak off into her local woods to listen to podcasts in peace and quiet (her top five were currently All Killa No Filla, The Guilty Feminist, Desert Island Discs, Adam Buxton and Something Rhymes With Purple. She still missed The High Low). She went there so often she had even made friends with a deer who she loved to feed with snacks and last week she'd walked past a little cottage covered in gingerbread and cake so she was planning to knock on the door soon...'
