Butterfly, Special Edition

Elizabeth Waggett is a British contemporary artist who creates free-spirited depictions of animals, skulls, and personal trinkets. Her work explores the profound relationship between  where we place value and purpose in our consumer-driven society. 

Butterfly, Special Edition is the first release from Waggett’s 2023 Halo Series. With butterflies typically signalling the start of spring, the piece is intended as a symbol of change, rebirth and metamorphosis.

Waggett reveals: “For me personally, Butterfly is a reminder that there is beauty, positivity and gratitude to be found in the small things, even during the hardest of times.”

This hand-finished print is from a limited edition of 10, signed and numbered by the artist.
