In Camo Deer in Autumn, American artist Ron English finally turns the tables on the hunters, giving his magnificent stag a shiny new coat to ensure those trying to hunt him find it decidedly more difficult.
The journey to creating this piece was quite the labour of love. As well as involving an incredible 28 hand-pulled screens, it was the last print that the artist produced under the supervision of master printer, Richard Duardo, who sadly passed away before the piece was complete.
The silkscreen print has deckled edges. It is from a limited edition of 75, signed and numbered by the artist.
