This piece is from Haus of Lucy’s series of tweaked paintings in which she has a little fun with the unloved and overlooked paintings that fill charity shops and car boot sales. Here, Bryant inserts a road sign into this classical pastoral scene to warn passing vehicles of bovine hazards.
