This original artwork has been created especially for The Mix – Enter Gallery’s 2024 group show of original artworks from a selection of our artists.  

Maria Rivans is a Brighton-based artist known for colourful and balanced collages inspired by nature and stars of the silver screen. 

In this original collage Rivans depicts Lynda Carter, the actress who first immortalised popular superheroine, Wonder Woman… or Diana Prince as she is also known. 

Using perfectly placed elements sourced from vintage comics, Rivans creates an empowering artwork, alive with energy and action.
