Enough is Enough Day
Enough is Enough is a screenprint by Jamie Reid, the man behind the iconic artwork for the Sex Pistols’ 1976 album, God Save The Queen.
The piece depicts an angel lobbing a Molotov cocktail at Earth. It was produced in support of Extinction Rebellion’s 2019 International Rebellion, which saw peaceful protesters take to the streets to demand action on climate change.
Described as an ‘artist, iconoclast, anarchist, punk, hippie, shit-stirring rebel and romantic’ Reid’s powerful art never shies away from expressing his political leanings, whether it’s depicting Donald Trump with swastikas for eyes, or protesting racism or deforestation.
This five-colour screenprint is printed on recycled acid-free brown card and comes in two colourways, Day and Night. It is from a limited edition of 150, signed by the artist.
