Florida hails from Mexican artist, Paul Fuentes’ Travel Photography series, in which he whisks us away to enviable locations, bathed in sunshine. The inspiration behind the series is the notion of the endless summer of mid-century America.

This piece was inspired by the bride-pink flamingos, often spotted in murals and decorating the pool areas in many of Miami’s Art-Deco hotels.

Each of Fuentes’ photographs is a multi-layer image, with elements separated and then brought together to create one cohesive, effortless work of art.
