Framed Beautiful Fiction, Hand Finished

Beautiful Fiction is a limited edition print by internationally-renowned artistic duo, The Connor Brothers.

This piece is from the pair’s 2023 show, Truth or Dare, which explores the themes of fact and fiction that we’ve seen since they first burst onto the art scene proclaiming to be twins who had survived a Californian cult.

Speaking of the series, the duo explain: “Part nostalgic homage, part irreverent pastiche, Truth or Dare revisits Fifties-style pulp fiction covers to make a playful statement about art, literature and liberation.”

This quote is an original from the duo, and is designed to encourage the observer to consider truth vs fiction, and beauty vs the unremarkable.
