Framed Blue Anemones in Striped Vase

Bruce McLean is a pioneering and provocative Scottish sculptor, performance artist and painter. His abstract works are characterised by bold shapes and lines, and striking compositions of contrasting shadow and colour.

Blue Anemones in Striped Vase is the first in a new series from McLean, in which he gives us his take on a still-life. His classic collage-style composition features hand-drawn elements alongside organic and figurative forms.

This silkscreen with archival inkjet print has hand-gloss glaze and hand-applied elements. From a limited edition of 50, the piece is signed and numbered by the artist.

Please note that this piece is framed in a 25mm white box frame with regular glass.
