Framed Champions of the Pavilion

Richard Berner has created this artwork for Enter Gallery’s Art Yard Sale ONLINE 2024. 

Berner is a Brighton-based artist known for his ‘surrealist architecture', which involves creating artworks from a meticulously-hand-drawn cast of little figures, that he calls ‘Champs.' 

Here, Berner brings one of Brighton’s most famous landmarks alive, with the decadence of the former royal residence highlighted by a sparkling golden sun.    

This giclée print is hand-finished with 24k gold leaf. From a limited edition of 50, the piece is signed and numbered by the artist.
