Kate Jenkins is a Brighton-based artist known for joyful pop-art crochet, knit and embroidery creations. Mostly food-focused, and spanning everything from prawn platters to patisserie pastries, her artworks are entwined with a wonderful sense of humour.

In this piece, Jenkins depicts a shimmering seafood selection, including sole, oysters and sardines, plus plenty of juicy lemon slices for that final flourish.
