Back in the early 2000s, Peter Blake created a series of paintings in homage to artist and writer, Marcel Duchamp. The French artist believed that just about anything could be art, and this ethos became integral to Blake’s artistic practice.
In the latest of his ongoing Marcel Duchamp World Tour series, Blake honours his own personal hero by assembling a crowd of superheroes at The Tower Ballroom in Blackpool.
