Taken from a vintage colour Xerox in the Jamie Reid archive, Monster on Nice Roof was recreated for The Horror Show! A Twisted Tale of Modern Britain at Somerset House in 2022.
Reid offered this depiction of suburban dread to be the artwork for the Sex Pistols’ Anarchy in the UK, but it was rejected by Malcolm McLaren for being ‘too romantic’.
This four colour silkscreen print is from a limited edition of 50, signed and numbered by the artist.
