Dirty Hans is a painter and illustrator specialising in high impact contemporary urban art. His work fuses Pop Art sensibilities with realism, and borrows imagery from popular culture to create fun pieces which evoke a sense of time and place. 

In this fun piece, Dirty Hans takes us on a pop culture tour of Times Square. The artwork is like a puzzle, encouraging you to spot nods to key moments in history, whether that’s Obama’s Hope poster or the iconic super-flat art of Takashi Murakami.
