Framed Serenity

Chrisie Nimenko has created this piece especially for Enter Gallery’s Art Yard Sale ONLINE 2023.

Nimenko is a New Zealand born artist, now living and working in rural Gloucestershire. The artist is known for arresting mixed-media collages inspired by the natural world.

In Serenity, Nimenko contrasts her delicate white butterfly against the black and white optical illusion that surrounds it. By encircling her butterfly in a halo of gold leaf, the artist hints at the value of a quiet moment in an otherwise busy world.

This artwork is a timed release. This means that the print will only be available for the duration of the Art Yard Sale ONLINE, and that the size of the limited edition will be determined by the amount of people who purchase the piece during this period. 

This giclée print is hand-finished with 22ct gold and black ink, and comes signed and numbered by the artist.

Please note: This piece comes framed in a 20mm black box frame with regular glass.
