So Alice Picked Him Up Very Gently is taken from Sir Peter Blake's collection of illustrations for Through the Looking Glass, the classic work of children's fiction by Lewis Carroll. Blake created this series of 8 silkscreen prints featuring the adventures of Alice in Wonderland in 1970.

Screen print on thick wove paper, numbered from the limited edition of 100 and signed by the artist.
