In The King Beech, CJP depicts the giant ancient Beech tree, which stands in the south of England and boasts a canopy width of 48 metres.     

Hidden within the detail of this artwork are several species known to call this majestic tree home, including the raven, bats, squirrels and owls.   

This giclée print is hand-finished 22ct Italian rose gold leaf hidden within the tree canopy. From a limited edition of 22, the piece is signed and numbered by the artist.
