In this piece, Rose depicts Bugs Bunny and his girlfriend sharing a passionate embrace beneath the branding of Verona cigarettes. In pairing the lusty duo with the nod to the home of Romeo and Juliet, Rose compares Shakespearean tragedy with the conflicts between cigarette company and consumer.
