Damien Hirst is an iconic British art phenomenon known for boundary-pushing works that explore art, science, religion, beauty and death.  

This artwork is a continuation of Hirst’s Pharmaceutical Paintings series in which he fuses his infamous spot paintings with the chemical structure of controlled substances. Here, Hirst depicts Histidyl – a common decongestant used to treat colds and allergies. 

This silkscreen print with metallic silver is a rare Studio Proof, signed, numbered and stamped on the front by the artist.
