Before British artist, Dave White, became a master of animal portraiture, he was a leader in the world of sneaker art. He used to employ his signature brush strokes, splashes and drips of pigment to depict classic trainers, including Air Jordan’s and Nike Air Max’s.
Here, White depicts one of the most classic models of them all – the Air Jordan IV’s that were released in 1989, and appeared in Spike Lee’s movie, Do The Right Thing.
