Sarah Morris is a British-American artist and filmmaker best-known for geometric paintings portraying cities inspired by the politics, psychology and architecture of each location.

Lunar, August is from Morris’ Lunar Series, a set of 12 screenprints depicting each month of the Lunar cycle during the global pandemic in 2020 – a period when time seemed to lose all meaning.

From a limited edition of 68, this silkscreen print is signed and numbered by the artist on the reverse.
