Paris Suite Set, 2011

Since his career began in the 1950s, Sir Peter Blake has been prolific, creating paintings, collage, typography and more inspired by his fascination with popular culture. Blake’s impact as the face of contemporary art is so significant, he is now known as the ‘Godfather of Pop Art.’  

In Blake’s 2011 Paris Suite set, the artist continues his world tour, taking his ‘magic crowds’ to the streets of the City of Light. This collection is inspired by a set of antique souvenir postcards of the city, which Blake uses as the background for each of his collaged compositions.  

This set of 20 giclée prints is from a limited edition of 100, signed and numbered by the artist.
