Jayson Lilley’s love of urban architecture shines through his work and reminds us of the beauty to be found in the urban environment when we choose to notice it.
Using his innovative printmaking practice, which combines silkscreen with painting and collage techniques, the artist recreates famous vistas, playing with colour and perspective in the process.
Pier At Sunset is a hand-pulled silkscreen print with gold ink and dust, printed on a 1980’s One pound note. It is from a limited edition of 60, signed by the artist.
This artwork has been created exclusively for Enter Gallery's first show of 2021 'Chasing The Sun'.
