Raspberry Rouge, Original

Sara Pope is a British contemporary artist known for evocative portrayals of lips. In each bold and daring artwork, Pope explores human emotion and the range of feelings we can communicate with just our mouths.  

Pope created Raspberry Rouge in which she explored the seductive power of the colour red, and ‘the power and influence it has over the decisions we make and the emotions we feel. ‘  

This original artwork is created with oil paint on gesso covered cut-out and birch wood panel. It comes signed by the artist.
