Haus Of Lucy AKA Lucy Bryant is a contemporary artist who appropriates found objects and images, and slips in quirky nods to contemporary culture. Her creations disrupt the ordinary and form new, thought-provoking and highly-amusing works of art.

This piece is part of Lucy’s Halloween series. She explains:

“It was 6pm and Lady Buxton had a date with the football (Man United were playing Man City and being a City fan, she'd been on edge all day). She had ploughed through all the chores at warp speed, made sure Lord B's dinner was keeping warm under a silver cloche and EVEN put the clocks forward by an hour so she could trick the kids into bed early. As she settled down with a cold beer, Mr B chose that exact moment to join his wife and without thinking, picked up the remote and switched over to TOWIE. And that, as they say, was the end of him.”
