Lucy reveals the story behind the piece: āSally CinnamonĀ was beside herself with nerves. She had a first 'real' date lined up with the handsome Duke of Moresex, whom she'd been speaking to on zoom for the past year. She had no idea what to wear! Everything in her wardrobe felt wrong; the gowns too dressy and her tracksuits too casual. Then Florence, her ladies maid, had the genius idea of combining her favourite band t-shirt with a bias-cut gown and a look was born! 'I shall call this 'Smart Casualā exclaimed Sally as she prepared herself for the impending meeting. She felt so fantastic on her date that she exuded confidence, won the heart of the Duke, then left him two years later for the Gamekeeper.ā
