Spitfire, Original Skateboard

Fanakapan is an internationally-renowned street artist known for such mind-bending recreations of balloons he’s been dubbed, ‘the pioneer of balloon graffiti’. Fanakapan has created Spitfire especially for his 2022 solo show at Enter Gallery, ‘Pulling Faces.’

In this piece, Fanakapan portrays the demonic grinning skate brand logo Spitfire on one of his signature balloons.

This is an original piece created on a skate deck using spray paint and varnish by blow torch. The piece is signed and numbered by the artist – who also skated on this deck just the once.
