"The natural phenomena of a luminous halo." The painting break's free from the confines of four edged shapes and explores the surface of the infinite edge of a halo. In amongst the trees, I sat outside drawing the sprawling tendrils of the overgrowth. The beaming sunlight cast shadows of vibrating flowers and leaves and I rushed to capture them with my pencil.
