The Original Pop Shoe Size 39
The Original Pop Shoe is a limited edition pair of high-top sneakers by ‘Godfather of Pop Art’, Sir Peter Blake.
Made from recycled cheque-book wallet leather, these black and white, Converse-style trainers are finished with Blake’s trademark, colourful symbols, embroidered on both sides. Alongside the heart, target, rainbow and star, the artist’s signature also appears on the side of the trainer and embossed on the back of the heel.
These trainers were inspired by the pair that Blake wears in his infamous 1961 painting, Self-portrait With Badges.
The trainers are from a limited edition of 600. Other sizes are available.
