Under Milk Wood Deluxe

Peter Blake’s obsession with Welsh poet, Dylan Thomas, and his widely-celebrated play, ‘Under Milk Wood’, has spanned more than 30 years. The play centres around fictional Welsh village Llareggub (read it backwards), and weaves together the thoughts and words of more than 60 characters over the course of the day.

In this book, for the first time, Blake’s collages, watercolours and pencil illustrations inspired by the play are compiled in one place. The book comes accompanied by a signed original print, The Sailors’ Arms also by Blake.
