World Tour: Paris- Dancing is a  signed, limited edition 24 colour silkscreen print with glosses and glazes by British pop art legend Sir Peter Blake. Available individually or as part of the set of ten World Tour images.

Full of humour and movement ‘Paris, Dancing’ encapsulates the joie de vivre of the French. A Parisian square comes alive to the movement of the dance, from Man Ray-esque girls flying through the air to a leaping school girl. Blake add a touch of comedy with his man-faced flamenco dancer in the foreground, and the cheeky inclusion of a naked girl distracting a young man in the centre. A harlequin figure stands still amid the chaos, with a knowing expression on his face; his presence possibly symbolic of Gene Kelly's dance performance when dressed as a harlequin in ‘An American in Paris’.
