Contemporary urban artist Lee Eelus describes Yours If You Want It as āa visual reminder that weāre all capable of, and entitled to, happiness. The seeds are there inside us, we just have to make the choice to give them water.ā
The inspiration behind the piece comes from the practice of mindfulness. The idea being that with a little effort, we can train our naturally pessimistic brains to notice the beauty in the world, to be kind to ourselves and others, and to carry with us a deep sense of happiness and fulfilment.
This seven-colour screenprint is from a limited edition of 150, signed by the artist. For every print sold, a donation will be made to mental health charity,Ā Mind.
